Terms and conditions to know about when purchasing our services.

Turnaround
Punctuality is one of our core values, however, sometimes work backlog or unexpected events can cause delays in your order. When making an order, we will give you an accurate estimate for delivery and that estimate can have a delay tolerance. In the case we exceed that delay tolerance by circumstances in our control, we can negotiate a partial refund if the customers wishes to.
- Standard orders: 10 business day variation
- Express orders: 5 business day variation
Payment
Our default payment policy is 100% of the order cost upfront. We offer split payments (50/50) on orders above 150pcs or $2,000 USD in value (see below). An order invoice is valid for a 14-day period.
Here are the payment methods we offer:
Conditions for split payments (50/50):
- Order value must be above $2,000 USD
- Customer commits to pay the second half after the order is delivered and inspected (or before).
- If the order is cancelled, the first half is non-refundable.
Shipping
- Shipments are subject to delays in transit caused by external factors like customs inspection, bad weather, festive days etc.
- The customer may choose (or not) to pay insurance for his shipment.
- The customer is responsible to pay any import tax that the shipment may generate.
Returns & Refunds
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for orders that:
- Comply with the established quantity by the customer.
- Comply with the approved design by the customer.
- Comply with our quality standards.
- Contain design errors made by the customer.
- Are cancelled after we have already begun production.
- Are lost in transit. (Unless shipment is insured)
- Are damaged in transit.
We accept returns or refunds for orders that:
- Are damaged in any way by us. (Torn, wet, de-colored, wrinkled, wrong design/color, etc.)
- Are cancelled before the order production begins. (Around 48 hours from payment)
- Were severely delayed by our fault.
Order changes
Once the order has begun, it is not recommended to make changes. From the moment the customer gives green light to production, there is a 48 hour window to make any last minute changes. After that, it will result in extra charges.
- Order modification before production begins: FREE
- Order modification after production begins: $30 USD fee (for each change request)
The are NO order modifications on urgent orders.
