Our business is located in Puebla, Mexico. We currently deliver to the United States, Canada and Mexico.
We currently offer 3 services: Screen-printing and Embroidery.

Our services are targeted to both individuals and businesses. We are open for small and large orders.
Screen Printing and Embroidery are both popular methods for customizing clothing and textiles, but they differ in how they apply designs. Screen printing involves using a mesh screen to transfer ink onto the fabric, creating vibrant and detailed prints. It’s ideal for large, colorful designs and offers high precision. On the other hand, embroidery uses thread to stitch the design directly onto the fabric, resulting in a textured and durable finish. It’s great for smaller, intricate designs and offers a more classic, tactile appearance. The choice between screen printing and embroidery depends on the design, material, and desired look for the final product.

Ordering process
Requesting a Quote is intended for larger and more complex orders, whereas making a Quick Order is ideal if you have a simple design with 1 or 2 colors in one print location. Both achieve the same level of quality, but making a quick order can help you save tons of time if you just want to get the job done faster.
The fastest way to start an order is by filling out a Quick Order form. You can also Request a Quote and once you make the invoice payment, your automatically have an order with us.
After you place your order, we begin the process of preparing the final design to begin production. Before we start, you will need to approve mockups of the final product.
The time-frame to complete an order varies from project to project.
-Standard turnaround is up to 15 business days.
-Express turnaround is up to 10 business days.
Both time-frames have a delay tolerance (Learn More).
For more complex projects these time-frames may not apply, we will indicate you a reliable estimate if we believe your order could take longer than normal to fulfill.
There are multiple ways you can lower the price of your order:
-If you’re talking about unitary price, higher quantity translates into less cost per item.
-If you have a very complex design, try limiting the amount of colors to 3 or 4. (Less colors = cheaper)
-By choosing a non-premium garment.
-By having your design 100% finished and avoiding graphic design charges.
Yes you can.
However, once the order has begun, it is not recommended to make changes. From the moment the customer gives green light to production, there is a 48 hour window to make any last minute changes. After that, it will result in extra charges. (Learn More)

If your order is above 150pcs or $2,000 USD in value we can accommodate a sample.
Yes! Our current time-frame for express jobs is 10 business days. You can select your desired delivery time when Requesting a Quote or making a Quick Order. Though have in mind that not all projects are suitable for express delivery, we will let you know if your order can be fulfilled in the time you request.
Payment
We currently have a 5% off discount for customers that pay their order with Bitcoin.
We offer split payments (50/50) on orders above 150pcs or $2,000 USD in value. (Learn More)
Design process
Yes. Please check out the Design Guidelines for more details.
We do offer graphic design services in a limited way, we will not make original artistic creations for you. We only work with already established ideas and clear instructions for a composition.
In case you require graphic design from us, an extra fee will be added to your invoice. (Ranges from $30 to $200)
What we DO:
-Take various elements provided by you and make the desired composition.
-Adjust sizes, colors etc.
-Add new elements to an existing design.
-Add text & more.
What we DON’T do:
-Create a design from scratch based on abstract instructions.
-Give you ideas for a complex design.
-Give you feedback on your design.
-Recreations of another design.
Yes! These are called print locations. For example, a t-shirt has 4 (four) print locations: FRONT, BACK, RIGHT/LEFT SLEEVE.
These are the best file formats to work with. Please make sure to share your design in one of these formats.

Yes, before production starts, we always make sure everyone is in the same page so we provide mockups of the final product for you to approve. This is the perfect time to make final adjustments.
Yes. You can request us to print your design in a specific position/alignment on the print location.
As the final design has definitive measurements and different sizes of a garment do change in size, then yes. If your project involves multiple sizes of a blank, make sure to design with that in mind. However, this variation is not an issue is most cases as it is barely noticeable.
Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico.
We currently use 3 shipping carriers, we usually ship with the best offer in the moment:

-UPS
-Estafeta
The shipping cost varies greatly on the volumetric weight of your order. To get an accurate cost of shipping, please Request a Quote. Shipping costs can range from $40 to $500 USD.
Yes! We offer to pack each item in a cellophane or hermetic bag. This additive can be specified when making an order.
No. Shipping insurance is not included, you may decide to include it when making an order.
It depends. Not all packages generate import tax. If your order is small, you’re most likely free from import tax. The customer is responsible for paying any import tax required at the time of delivery.

Any file you share to us is 100% private and is not used or shared for any other purpose other than your order.
